Appointments

It is important that you turn up on your booked time. Arriving five minutes early for an appointment is ok however any earlier and you may have to wait until your appointment time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please make sure that you understand the following. If you do not understand something please ask before making an appointment.

- If you cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice there will be no billed charge

- If you cancel your appointment with 12 hours notice you will be billed 50% of the treatment charge

- If you fail to attend an appointment or cancel with short notice (i.e 2 hours prior) you will be billed 100% of the treatment charge

Making sure you arrive on time is important so you get the full treatment time you are booked in for. If you are late for an appointment you will only get the time left to be treated in. For example if you are booked in for an hour treatment and arrive 15mins late you will only have 45mins left for your treatment and will be required to pay for the full hour.

Often appointments are run back to back with minimal gap between clients. This is the reason it is not possible to give you an hour if you are late to your appointment as this has a ripple effect and causes the whole days appointments to run behind.
